Common Questions
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals and families who feel overwhelmed by nutrition information, including NDIS participants, parents, carers, and those seeking clarity and support around gut health.
How long do people usually work with you?
Everyone’s journey looks a little different. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others enjoy having ongoing guidance. We’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you. For many, weekly check-ins over roughly 8 weeks provides a supportive foundation and helps build confidence.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for private clients. NDIS participants may be referred by a support coordinator or engage directly if self or plan-managed.
What does a session usually look like?
Sessions are practical and collaborative. They may include nutrition education, meal planning, food routines, grocery or cooking support, and gentle goal-setting.
Do you replace a Dietitian or GP?
No. I work alongside other allied health professionals where needed. If something falls outside my scope, I’ll always recommend appropriate referral or collaboration.
What if I feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start?
That’s very common- and exactly why I do this work. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We'll find your perfect starting point, together!
