Nutrition Support for Individuals & Families
I offer calm, practical nutrition support designed to build confidence, routine and independence around food for individuals and families.
My approach is education-based, focusing on real-life skills, nourishment and sustainable habits that support everyday wellbeing.

GAPS-Informed Approach
My work is GAPS‑informed, meaning I draw on whole‑food nutrition principles that prioritise real foods, gentle food preparation, and nourishment of the body through everyday habits.
-
GAPS principles are used educationally and practically
-
I support food choices and routines that may be recommended by a participant’s broader care team
-
I do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat medical conditions
-
I do not replace medical, dietetic, or allied health care
My role is to help clients understand, implement, and sustain nourishing food practices in a way that fits their daily life.
